4. In order to gain a fuller impression of your firm, Morgan would like to be provided some illustrative prices from you. You
will not be contractually bound by these prices, but are expected to provide accurate answers as intentionally doing
otherwise will disqualify you from future work with Morgan. What is an illustrative per day price (professional day – i.e.
works whatever hours it takes to get the job done) for the following?
• Project Manager – manages large, complex, technology initiatives, e.g. technology infrastructure initiatives,
Y2K, EMU, which may impact multiple businesses and locations. Develops a complete and aggregated definition of a
project scope and objectives. Establishes roles and responsibilities within core project team. Aligns business unit,
technical development and support organizations. Establishes project communication plan across the businesses,
regions, support and technology groups. In-depth knowledge/experience of/with project management methodologies
