Named to this position in January 2010, she is responsible for the strategic planning and
analysis critical to enhancing the business' long-term competitiveness. Piasecki reports to
Boeing Commercial Airplanes President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Albaugh. She holds a
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Yale and a master's degree in business
administration from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. Piasecki also has attended the
Keio Business School in Japan as part of her business degree program. Piasecki is married and
has three sons. She enjoys flying and has a single-engine pilot license.

Raymond is a Defense Acquisition University graduate, holds a bachelor's degree in
aeronautical engineering from the University of Illinois, and a contract management certificate
and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California-Irvine.
Raymond serves on the board for the Center for New American Security, as well as the National
Defense Industrial Association. He also is an advisory board member of Defense Acquisition
University and the National Defense Business Institute at the University of Tennessee. He
chairs the BDS Senior Advisory Group and supports Boeing's business alliance with Cisco
Systems. He is a member of the Air Force Association, the Airlift Tanker Association, the Navy
League, the Association of the U.S. Army, the American Institute of Aeronautics and
Astronautics, and is a fellow in the Royal Aeronautical Society.
