This product is used for energy billing and auditing purposes by utility companies. These
devices are used at domestic premises for collection of information related to Energy consumption,
load profile and tampering. It is capable of communicating with billing machines and CMRI through
IRDA physical layer.
Responsibilities:
Firmware designing for the board.
Technical Details:
Processor: Ti's MSP430FE427A Energy Metering SoC.
OS: MSP430 Based proprietary RTOS.
Peripherals: 7 segment LCD display, UART(IRDA & Optical), RTC,16 bit Ʃ-Δ ADC.
IDE: Code Composer Studio.
Team Size: 5 members.
