With reference to the above, I wish to inform that the Time-Table for Intermediate
Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2011 pertaining to General
Courses has already been released through the press. It will be also available in the Board of
Intermediate Education Website www.bieap.gov.in and a copy of the Time-table is furnished
overleaf.

The First Year examination will be held from 8.00 A.M to 11.00 A.M in the Fore
Noon and Second Year Examination from 2.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M in the After Noon
every day. Hence, you are requested to give special emphasis on the timings of the
examinations. The Time Table should be displayed prominently on the Notice Board of your
college.

The Practical Examinations of Advanced Supplementary Examinations May/June,

2011, will be conducted from 06-06-2011 to 10-06-2011 in two sessions i.e. 9.00 A.M to
12.00 P.M and 2.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M every day.

The Environmental Education Examination of ASE May/June, 2011 will be

conducted on 13-06-2011 from 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M (One day).

Therefore, you are requested to give wide publicity among the teaching staff, Parents
and students of your college about the Time Table and timings of the examinations.
