Lost and Found
Did you know that Xtreme has a
Lost and Found? If you are missing
items please check with the front
desk. They will check the Lost and
Found for you. For sanitary
purposes any items containing food
will be promptly disposed of.
Anything left will be donated at the
end of each month
Class Attendance
Class attendance is especially
important this time of year as
students are rehearsing their
showcase dances. Please make
every effort to have your dancer
attend class and arrive on time. We
want everyone to feel comfortable
and confident for their performance.
Attention Parents
For safety reasons it is xtremely
important to keep siblings out of
unoccupied rooms. There may be
unsecured/unstable props being
stored there.

It’s Almost Here – DON’T MISS “The Time Of Your Life”
This year’s showcase “The Time Of Your Life” will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 18,
2011. Mandatory dress rehearsal will be Friday, June 17, 2011, times to be determined. There are three
shows, please check at the front desk for your child’s show time and confirm the spelling of their name for
our Program Book. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this xtremely
special event in your dancer’s life.
Showcase Tickets ON SALE May16th
Tickets for “The Time Of Your Life” may be purchased at the front desk.
Advanced purchase ticket prices are $8 and free for ages 3 and under. We highly recommend purchasing
tickets in advance, as they do sell out!
Xtreme Dancers do not require tickets. Tickets purchased at the door will be $20.
Showcase Costumes
For all costumes that were ordered late, they are arriving almost daily. We will contact you as soon as your
costume is available. Thank you for your continued patience.
Showcase Tights
It’s a great idea to order an extra pair of tights in case your dancer’s tights tear. All dancers must have the
same brand and color tights. Please let us know if you plan to purchase an extra pair by May 27th to insure
they are in stock.
Showcase Videos
Each performance of our showcase will be professionally taped by Mr. Video Productions. There are order
forms available at the front desk if you would like to purchase a video. Please be aware that we do not
allow any other videotaping or flash photography the day of the show.
Studio Closed:
The Studio will be closed for Memorial Day -
from Saturday, May 28th-Monday, May
30th.Classes will resume on
Tuesday, May 31st.

our Sizzling Summer Programs and our
Fantastic Fall Classes. Don’t wait or it may
be too late! We limit the number of students
in all of our programs and they fill quickly!
Register now to ensure you get the class
and/or program of your choice.

2010/2011 Tuition Policies
• Tuition is due and payable on the 1st day of each month
• Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will
be assessed
• If tuition is received on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will save $5.00 off your
monthly tuition. (ex. To receive the $5.00 tuition discount for September payment must be
received no later than August 31st.) Discount is only offered on full price tuition.
• We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due.
• You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Cards; we accept Mastercard, Visa
and Discover. When paying by check please include your child’s full name (first and last).
• If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to
Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Sanford, FL 32771.
