Behar/On The Mountain:

Lev. 25:1 – 26:2.

I. This specific Torah portion is the 9th of this book – VaYiqra/Leviticus.

The Hebrew letter connected to #9 is that of ‘Tet’, a paradoxical letter in that
it can represent either good or evil. Shall we examine the Mystical Message of
this number & letter before proceeding with the Parsha? Also, remember
VaYiqra means ‘And He Called’. Mt. Sinai will again be the place of that call
– But we should expect a FALSE MOUNTAIN AND A FALSE CALL, just
like Eve!
‫ – ט‬Tet.
Being inverted, it looks like the womb about to birth, yet it also looks like a
serpent. This hints at Gen. 3 and the choice of the seed that will be received
into and birthed out of the womb, either the Serpent seed or that of YHVH. It
is said that 9 represents the conclusion of Man’s works.

In its’ first occurrence Tet is seen in Gen. 1:4 where YHVH divides the Light
from the Darkness. Interestingly, if you tally the numeric value of each of
those two words, then subtract the lesser, it adds an interesting spin:

• Light, #216, ‫' אור‬owr, Aleph-1, Vav-6, Resh-200 = 207. This happens to
be the gematria of BeHar (Beit-2, Hey-5, Resh-200).
• Darkness, #2822, ‫ חשך‬choshek, Chet-8, Shin-300, Kaf-20 = 328.
328-207 =121. The same gematria as #680 Azal, to reserve, hold back, take
part of. It is closely related to #5799, Azaz’el, the Scapegoat or goat of
removal associated with the Day of Atonement. Could there be a
connection to the separation of Light and Darkness, and the Goat for
YHVH and the Scapegoat? The entire theme of Yom Kippur is separating
Light from Darkness! Incidentally, the month Tevet is associated with the
Constellational sign of Capricorn, a.k.a. Gedi, the Goat!

If you break the word Behar apart, Beit = House/Womb, Hey = revelation,
Resh = Head, beginning, the Chief One. You could say, “The Light/Word
Reveals who is the Head of the House.

TET:
The Serpent & The Mountain!
II. We’ve seen the importance of the hidden message of Tet – The
Serpent. Now, let’s examine the connection with the title of this
parsha: Behar.

And the LORD spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

‫שה ְּבַהר ִסיַני ֵלאֹֽמר‬

ֶׁ ‫ַוְיַדֵּבר ְיהָוה ֶאל־ֹמ‬
Vayedaber YHVH el-Moshe behar Sinay lemor.

The key word is ‘Behar’ - translated ‘In/on the mountain’. Let’s examine the
mystical significance of the Beit: it means, in, on, etc. and represents the
House – specifically, the House or dwelling place of YHVH. As a metaphor, it
can also reference the womb as the dwelling place of the seed. The numerical
value of Beit (Beit-2, Yod-10, Tav-400 = 412) is the same as the word for
pleasant in Gen. 3: 6, #8378, ‫ תאוה‬ta'avah, [connotes a lustful desire, or
craving] where Eve saw the ‘Tree’ (of the knowledge of good and evil) that
was pleasant to the eyes. It is within the house that the passion of sexual
relationship is contained. YHVH warned Adam & Eve regarding contact with
this “Tree” located in the midst of the garden, #1588, ‫ גן‬gan of Eden, #5731,
‫` עדן‬Eden. If you play with the words a little, the Ayin infers to see, perceive,
understand, while Dalet-Nun is rendered, Din, meaning judgment. An
etymological derivative of Gan is seen in “GENE” meaning something that
produces, is born of, produced by. A cognate word, gani, means shame,
disgrace. Thus, Adam & Eve knew the moment they partook of the ‘fruit’ of
that tree, they would see their genes, those produced from them, brought to
shame!

Even more profound, the word for Eden, can also be translated, ‘time’,
period, also to count, reckon. This was the garden of appointed times, the
place for reckoning the Divine appointments. But, it also connects us to the 50
– day season we’re currently in: the Counting of the Omer, which ends after
7x7days or 7wks. and parallels the 7x7years of the Jubilee cycle mentioned
later in the Parsha. If you take the numerical value of the two words, Gan – 53
& Eden – 124 = 177. The same as #6122, `oqbah, meaning deceitfulness,
trickery. It has the same root as Jacob, aqeb, meaning heal. This is a hidden
prophecy of Gen. 3:15 where the seedlines begin their battle and Satan bruises
the heel of Messiah!

• Har, #2022, mountain, a high place. If we add a feminine suffix – the

‘Hey’ – meaning to conceive, this word now means to become pregnant! Thus,
the phrase Behar – can literally infer that Sinai is literally, the place of
conception! This is in accord with our belief that the Garden of Eden was
located here.

It is no accident that HaSatan would attempt to compromise this place: Gen. 3

& Is. 14: 13, 14. Since the earthly patterns are like the heavenly.

Let’s dissect verse 13b: I will sit also upon the mount of the
congregation, in the sides of the north:

• I will sit, #3427, ‫ ישב‬yashab, to sit, to dwell with (as in marriage). The
letters Yod-Shin, yes, means I will exist, be found. The Beit again, means
house. Thus, yashab infers he (Satan) desired to exist in the House of YHVH!
• Mount, *See above note.
• Congregation, #4150, ‫ מועד‬mow`ed, appointed time, place, assembly.
Also to expand this def. Mem = from or out of, the Ed, Ayin-Dalet (To “SEE”
the Door) the witness.
• Sides, #3411, ‫ ירכה‬yĕrekah, it is translated, as a border, toward the
back, or side. It is cognate with #3409, yarek, meaning thigh, loins.
Remember, the Door represented the LOINS of the MAN.
• North, #6828, ‫ צפון‬tsaphown, north as a direction. However, the root is
#6845, tsaphon, meaning secret, hidden. The entire sentence is hinting at the
secret – intimate place where Bride and Groom meet to become one!

Incidentally, the number of letters in the entire verse (13) totals 63. 6+3 =9, or
9x7 = 63. The TET is seen clearly! 63 also happens to be the gematria of
Abadon, #11, the Hebrew word for the Fallen Angel from the pit! The one
who will be released again to torment men during the Tribulation? Rev. 9:11.

Another interesting side note: The word yerekah –sides, loins, above, refers to
the Statue seen by Nebuchadnezzar in his dream (Dan. 2:32) specifically, the
belly and thigh (loins) of the image, which are described as brass, #5174,
‫ נחש‬nĕchash, the same word for SERPENT – GEN. 3:1. The Nations
represented here, in particular the Clay & Iron are birthed from the loins of
SATAN! The gematria of nechash = 358, the same as Pharaoh, and also
Messiah! HMMMM?

While here, let’s look at the word Sinai, #5514, ‫ סיני‬Ciynay, the root infers to
learn, teach, while the Yod suffix indicates possession, thus, ‘my learning,
teaching. The gematria of the word equals 130, the age of Adam at the time of
Seth’s birth. Seth, #7896, ‫ שית‬shiyth, means to set, put, to place (appoint).
Seth was appointed in the place of the Serpents’ offspring – a picture of
Messiah. Curiously, the word can also mean #7897, the garment or clothes
worn by a harlot. Thus, Messiah was appointed to wear the Harlot’s garment
in order to redeem the Bride! This is seen again at Sinai!

Land Sabbaths & Jubilee.

While speaking to Moshe and Israel regarding the Land Sabbaths and the
Jubilee seasons, YHVH hides within the Hebrew text the reason for these
shadow pictures/rehearsals of one in bondage being released! It is evident
from Gen. 3: 17 that the Land is cursed because of man and man is charged
with allowing the land a rest.

Let’s examine the Genesis account: First YHVH Plants the garden with both
the Tree of Life and the Carnal Tree, eating the fruit of this Carnal Tree
results in both Adam and the Adamah/Ground being cursed.

Gen. 2: 8: Planted, #5193, ‫ נטע‬nata`, to plant, fix, establish. However, we’ve

already noted the unique signature of the Tet in this word. Thus, the root
stem, Tet-Ayin, carries the idea of: to wander, to err, a mistake, with a Mem
added, ta’am, it infers to taste, to perceive, tastiness! The Hebrew letter Nun,
infers Life. Adam would have known the Hebrew Language – what every
letter represented – One Tree brought life, the other SERPERNT – TET tree
would cause all life who tasted or perceived it to be tasty, to wander, to err.

How does this affect the ground? Gen. 1: 11, every tree has its seed within
itself. That seed was supposed to be planted in the Ground in order to
produce! For instance, YHVH plants His SEED/WORD into the ground and
forms ADAM! Therefore in Gen. 3 when Adam eats the SEED of the
CARNAL TREE he dies, and is to return to the ground, being planted. This
corrupt seed causes the earth to be cursed! You are an earthen vessel – be
careful what seed you allow to be planted in you else a curse follows. Leprosy
found in earthen pots caused the pot to be destroyed. Lev. 6:28 tells us if a sin
offering is cooked in an earthen vessel it is also to be broken! Also, the Bitter
Waters of Jealousy given to the Adulterous Bride (Numbs. 5:17) is in an
earthen vessel. The earthenware is symbolic of the carnal flesh! There was
only one earthen vessel without blemish – Yahshua! Hence, the importance of
the Earthen Vessel of Messiah being planted into the earth – Jer. 32:14, 2 Cor.
4: 7. We have the EVIDENCE OF THE PURCHASE in us – The Ruach,
Spirit!

*Note JN. 12: 24, “Except a corn of wheat, fall into the ground and dies, it
abides alone, if it dies it brings forth much fruit! The word for ground,
Adamah, has the added Hey suffix, implying fertility. Thus, the moment
Adam ate the serpent seed – the Adamah was cursed as well!

Gen. 3: 17 declares the ground cursed, “because of you”. ‫ַּֽבֲעבּוֶרָך‬

the root
stem of this word is written, Ayin-Beit-Resh, and means to pass through, over,
to go beyond. It is the same as the root of Hebrew. Thus, Adam was the first to
cross over in opposition to YHVH; the whole redemption plan involves a
return or crossing back! Hence, the reason we’re called IVRIT! Just as surely
as Yahshua becomes the PURE SEED planted into the earth and resurrects –
grows, so also are we: Hence, Rom. 8 declares the earth groans for the
manifestation of the Sons of YHVH!

Adam is told Gen. 3: 17…in sorrow shalt thou eat…Sorrow, #6093,

‫` עצבון‬itstsabown, has the two letter root stem, Tzade-Bet, sab, #6632, which
pictures a mound, covered wagon, turtle. The picture of the mounded stomach
in pregnancy. This again, connects us back to BEHAR, the Torah portion.

• This Torah Portion infers the limits of man’s judgment and the
overarching authority of YHVH seen in the Shmita or seven-year jubilee
cycle. Shmita represents an awareness of YHVH’s authority over all. Similar
to Shabbat, Shmitah is marked by a cessation from work, thereby proclaiming
that the land and its produce are the property of YHVH. The cancellation of
loans (Hashmatas Kesafim) is also indicative of YHVH's ultimate authority
over all that is "ours". The Torah refers to Shmitah as "Shabbat"

Lev. 25:18.
III. Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do
them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety. Look at this word ‘safety’
before we go into the scripture:

• Safety, #983, ‫ בטח‬betach, to trust, rely, depend upon. BUT NOTE THE
TET! Beit means house, Chet means to surround, protect, thus, if you guard
the commandments of YHVH you (the house) will be protected from the
Serpent! The gematria of this word equals 19, the same as the word JOB,
Aleph-Yod-Vav-Beit! It also happens to be the same as the word Chavah –
EVE! Thus, even though the Serpent surrounds the house/womb – keeping the
Word/Seed of YHVH ensures we will be protected, preserved, and delivered!

You will note the Yod suffix on the end of the words Chukotay and mishpatay
indicating the word ‘my’. Both of these words are pre empted by the Aleph-
Tav. Thus, it becomes clear that it is Messiah who is the direct object referred
to as both “Statutes and judgments”. This reinforces the connection of
Messiah and the Shabbat, be it the weekly, monthly (7th month), yearly
(shmita) or millennial (7000). *Note; Luke 4: 19, Is. 61: 1,2. Yahshua declares
He came to Preach – Proclaim this Jubilee!

• Proclaim, #7121, kara, to summon, invite, recite, call and

commission, to read aloud. Someone is invited, summoned for a
recital and a commission. This is exactly what takes place at the
Mountain of Sinai!

We’re told if we do this we will dwell in the land in safety.

• Safety, #983, betach, confidently, secure, from #982, batach, to

trust in, it also implies to throw one’s cares or oneself on another.
1Pet. 5: 7, cast your cares upon Him…this is not applicable to
anyone who does not observe the terms noted above!
It is interesting that one cannot enjoy the Jubilee declaration without first
having been obedient to observe the Sabbatical years! Hence the reason Israel
went into bondage 70 years – for not giving the land its’ Sabbaths!

Lev. 25: 10 “you shall proclaim liberty throughout the land”.

• Liberty, #1865, ‫דרור‬, derowr, liberty, also a masc. noun denoting

myrrh oil. If you break the word in two, dor-owr, the result is
translated “generation of light”. Additionally, another word for myrrh,
#3910, lote, from #3874, luwt, to cover, hide, hidden, secret. So, by
celebrating the Land’s Sabbaths, we are hidden by the Covering of
YHVH during the Jubilee and become the Generation of Light! There
is yet another more familiar word for Myrrh as well, #4753, ‫מר‬, more,
from #4843, mar, bitterness. It is the bitterness of bondage that
enables us to appreciate the Joy of the Jubilee!

The verse continues: “it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every
man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family”.
There are two words I want to focus on:

• Jubilee, #3104, ram’s horn, jubilee. Incidentally, the Jubilee year

was sounded every 50th year at Yom Kippur (seventh month) the
Day of Atonement. But, it is described and the foundation laid
here at Sinai. Why? Only those who enter into Covenant and
agree to the Statutes and Judgments of the Marriage Contract
and betrothal, signified by keeping the Sabbaths, which are a sign,
will make it to the 7th month – Jubilee – Wedding! Ex. 31: 13, Ezk.
20: 12.

• Return, #7725, shuwb, return, turn back, repent, restore, repair,

refresh. It is our repentance or return to Torah, the Wedding
Vows, and the wearing/rehearsal of the Sabbath that brings this
restoration. It is noteworthy to see the connection to the 50 - day
counting of the Omer leading to Shavuot/Pentecost, and the 50 -
year jubilee cycle ending on Yom Kippur. Both involve the idea of
“Shuv” to Return to Torah the terms of the Wedding contract
and those who do, are themselves returned to the Edenic
condition as Bride of Adam!

It is interesting that Father uses our relationship with Him to teach us how to
treat others and vice versa. If we don’t extend the Sabbath to the Land,
restore those who have been in bondage to us, then we will not enjoy the
Jubilee restoration ourselves!

This is the crux of the 10 commandments and Torah as a whole!
