Business Development-
• Responsible for sales & operations of 11 Sis in Uttar Pradesh.
• Responsible for open new sis tie up with different brands like BSNL, Spencer’s, Globus etc.
• Responsible for accessories business for 58 stores of UP and Uttranchal.
• Responsible for Initiate and fulfillment of corporate order.
• Responsible for fulfillment of online order in UPU stores.
Achievement-
• No. 3 in the month of Oct’09 and no. 1 in the month of Jan’10 in all India Sis sales in all
India TMS Sis sale ranking.
• To successfully launched BSNL Sis’s in CSC Lucknow, this is pilot project of TMS.
Business Development-
• Responsible for Sales and Operations of 11 Stores.
• Responsible for achieving Revenue Targets (Value) and Quantity Targets (Volume) for
various product categories listed below:
a) Handset Sales (for brands like Nokia, Sony, Samsung, LG, HTC, Fly, Blackberry, etc.)
b) Connections Sales (for brands like Reliance, Tata, Vodafone, Airtel, Idea & Virgin)
c) Music Accessories (for Brands like I-pod, Philips, Smart and other MP3 players)
d) Handset Accessories and Recharges for various Operators.
• Responsible to Select, Train and motivate the team of Store Managers, Duty Managers and
Sales Associates.
• Responsible for Inventory management.
• Responsible of Warehouse operations like stock ordering, allocation to different stores thru
JDA.
• To monitor competitor’s activity and to implement promotional schemes accordingly.
