Note: All these documents should be submitted by candidates to the company at the time of
offer letter.

Note: All the formalities should be completed within three days from the date of issue of the
offer letter. Photo copy of all the documents should be submitted in the company after
signing by the candidate.

Rules

1. An amount of Rs. 15000 would be charged to the candidate. This amount has to be paid in
favor of “Radix Media” by DD payable at New Delhi only.

2. This amount is refundable according to the company norms.

Note: This amount is not refundable in case:

1) During the probation period and probation period is for six month.

2) If an employee is not giving one month prior notice before leaving the job.

3) If an employee is terminated by the company on the basis of poor performance or


misconduct at workplace.

4) If all company properties and documents are not submitted by the employee at the time of
leaving the job.

3. One of the preferred locations would be given to candidate However, during your
employment with the Company; you may be posted/ transferred to any of the
offices/projects/divisions/departments/units of the Company existing, or to be set.

4. If an employee’s mobile charges exceeds the minimum deduction limit (Rs. 500) that
would also deducted from employee’s Salary.
