• Develops and implements effective preventive maintenance programs for the

equipment and systems (Continuous Properzi).
• Lead machine installation and commissioning Aluminum rod line (Continuous
Properzi) costing RM20 million; Worked closely with Continuous Properzi Italy until
system installed successfully.
• To assist in daily production schedule plan against customer requirement and
support in the absence of planner to ensure the schedule.
 • Seek competitive and negotiated sources for materials, equipment, and services for
maintenance and new construction projects.
• Develop and implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operation
manual on proper usage and maintenance of equipment and systems, and provides
training to users.
• Manage 2 technicians, 8 supervisors, and 100 operators (on operation/process and
engineering issues).
• Responsible for continuous yield and quality improvements as well as cost and
scrap reduction support and maintain spare parts inventory. Responsible for continuous
improvement programs for tool reliability and availability. Plan and perform
preventative maintenance of equipment with technician team.
• Ensured system conformance to ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2008 & ISO9000,
14001, Site, Local and International regulation. Did project conceptualization,
feasibility studies, data collection and drawing upkeep.
• Liasing with procurement department to get spare parts, fittings or tools on time.
