RAPTURE

ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

THIS Rapture Assignment and Release Agreement (the “Assignment”), dated as of ___________
______, 2011, is by and between ___________ ("Assignor"), individually and ____________, an
individual (“Assignee”).

WHEREAS, the Assignor possesses certain tangible and intangible (the “Works”);

WHEREAS, Assignor, who anticipates to be participating in the event known as "The Rapture" (the
"Event") and no longer has material or proprietary interest in the mortal plane, agrees to enter into this
Assignment and Release to transfer to Assignee, a pagan/heathen/atheist or cursed to this mortal plane, all
interest related to the Works;

WHEREAS, Assignor has agreed to assign the Works to Assignee, and Assignee wishes to acquire all of
Assignor's rights, title and interest in and to the Works;

WHEREAS Assignor has agreed to release all rights to the Works to Assignee upon the moment of
ascension to the heavens; and

WHEREAS, Assignee is the Assignor’s successor with respect to the Works;

NOW, THEREFORE, consideration of the premises and covenants set forth herein, and for other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, Assignor and
Assignee agree as follows:

1. Assignment. Effective as of the execution of this Agreement and occurrence of the END OF
THE WORLD with the call of all allowed souls into Heaven, for good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Assignor does
hereby assign to Assignee, free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances, all of Assignor's
right, title and interest in and to the Works under applicable law.

2. Transfer of Assets. Effective as of the execution of this Agreement and especially upon witness
of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Assignor transfers, conveys, assigns and delivers to
Assignee and Assignee accepts all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to the goodwill and
all other intangible assets currently used exclusively in connection with the Works.

3. Release. Assignor expressly releases to Assignee any and all claims which Assignor have or may
have to the Works.

4. Representations and Warranties. Assignor represents and warrants that: (i) the Works assigned
hereunder are Assignor’s original work and Assignor has the power and authority to assign
his/her rights to the Works in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) Assignor is not of a pagan
faith and (iii) Assignor has the right, authority and power to enter into this Agreement.

5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Event does not manifest, Assignor's Works shall not
transfer unless Assignee demonstrates that either 1) The Four Horsemen have descended or 2) All
Heavenly Seals have been broken.

6. Governing Laws. To the full extent permitted by law, this Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America and the
laws of Heaven as adjudicated by the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, excluding its conflicts of laws
principles. To the full extent permitted by law, the exclusive jurisdiction for any action relating
 to this Agreement shall be a circle of Angels with equal representation of all Orders including
Cherubs, Elders and Archangels, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction and waive and agree
not to plead or claim that any such action or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient
forum.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Assignors and
Assignee with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all oral or written
communications or other agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter
hereof. No changes, supplements, addenda, or amendments to this Agreement shall be effective
or enforceable unless agreed to by the parties in writing.
