chnical and parts resource advice to the military out in the field.
I worked on the electronic diagnostic electrical systems troubleshooting using a
n Ez-Tech International laptop Computer troubleshooting engine and body wiring d
iagnostic codes.
I have worked on the following system areas in the field computer diagnostics en
gine, transmission, ac systems, heater, NBC Life Support System (LSS), Fire Supp
ression, power steering, HEUI fuel system, air switch pack, engine, Allison Tran
smission codes, wiring diagrams, air-brake, hydraulic, instrument panel, suspens
ion, Bendix anti-lock, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), on 12
and 24 volt military electrical systems.
During my time out in the field I provide technical advice and parts resource to
acquire necessary parts on any corrective or deadline equipment. I have work ve
ry closely with several Army Maintenance Officers, Motor Sergeants, and shop mec
hanics providing maintenance support and parts information to keep their MAXX PR
O/PLUS MRAPS working during my time over in the Middle East.
During my time working has a FSR I worked on several different variants of Mraps
to include Cougars, Jerrvy, RG-31, RG-33, Camen, and International IMG models o
f Mine Resistance Armor Protected vehicles in the field at several maintenance C
RT shops. I have repaired and replace several major components to including Engi
nes, Transmissions, Front/Rear Axles, Ac Systems Components, Engine and Chassis
Wiring Harness, on several Battle Damage trucks.
I understand how to installed Rhino's, duke's hardware, wiring and troubleshoot
complex mechanical and electrical components.
Train Army Soldiers in maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance checks and
services on Mraps. Write field issue awareness reports and provided maintenance
corrections that needed to be addressed at the production plant so deficiencies
are brought forward so repairs can be corrected on assembly line.
Diagnosis the following sensors engine oil, engine coolant, intake air temperatu
re, accelerator position sensor, injection control, TCM, manifold absolute, engi
ne oil pressure sensors, hall effect, exhaust SRA, cam position, Electronic Cont
rol Module, Power Distribution, 24 volt Center Control Module and magnetic picku
p sensors.
Vast knowledge how to troubleshoot Air Condition systems recovery, vacuum, charg
e, and repair using an Ez-tech AC machine replacing R-134A refrigerates. I know
how to replace AC compressors, evaporators, condensers, high/low pressure switch
es and hoses, Ac Retro Kits installed and have preformed technical workmanship o
n malfunctions and repaired defective parts.
I have work for several years with the Army Supply system I understand how to is
sue, turn-in, inventory and receive parts at the SSA or class 9 Supply point. I
was not a SAMS clerk put I was a Mimms Clerk and have done data punching to orde
r parts, bench shop stock, track parts status during my time in the military wil
ling to train for new challenging position. I know how to read and fill out 5988

ification Unit model WPESI type 1, 2, 3 skid assemblies and 3k model WTA-060 sys

Experience changing the filter systems, timer assembly, media tank, RO pressure
tubes, end caps, multimedia control valves, body valves, valve seats, diaphragm
6 way valve components, packing seal kits and removal of media material.
Install and replace all rubber components and new Victaulic piping clamps and pl

Install and repair electric 200 AC 3 phase 208-230/460 volts 60 HZ 1 HP electric
motor with new bearings, fan assembly, stator, hub, pulley, impeller, armature
and new packing seal material. Repair and replace the RO pump with new seals and
packing material.
Repair or replace single phase 1 HP 60 HZ 115-280/230 volts electric motor with
all new components or repair parts that are not found serviceable.
Install and repair chemical pump system and replace any ball valves, water gauge
s, copper lines, 3&6 way valves, or piping that needs to be repaired or replaced

Perform and monitor a 10 hour performance function system test checking for corr
ect operation and mechanical repairs for any system leaks before leaving for fin
al inspection.
Install and replace mechanical components on M-872 semi flat bed trailers such a

nt, and comparable heavy duty skills on industrial equipment. Such vehicles and
