Riesgo de coledocolitiasis

Gastrointestinal Endoscopy 2004; 60: 437-48.
• Grupo II. Riesgo intermedio alto: alteración en dos de los tres parámetros
enunciados. Se recomienda CPRE.
• Grupo III. Riesgo intermedio bajo: alteración en sólo uno de los parámetros.
Se recomienda un estudio no invasivo, como colangiorresonancia o
ecoendoscopia (según disponibilidad).
• Grupo IV. Riesgo bajo: vía biliar normal y sin alteración de las pruebas he-
páticas. Se recomienda colangiografía transcística intraoperatoria.
