ResDex from Naukri.com is the largest database of Jobseekers in India with over 25 million resumes it has profiles
of jobseekers from various industries, functions, locations and experience levels.

With a ResDex subscription you get to reach out to these jobseekers and hire them to meet your recruitment needs.
ResDex offers:

 An intelligent search engine that help in finding the right (most relevant) candidates with great ease.
 Various search options: advanced, role and custom – define and choose the way you’d like to search
 The ability to refine your search by drilling down further through tools like search within results and ability
to contact candidates by email/sms, shortlist, candidates, forward resumes, organize resumes in folders
 regular alerts of resumes in your email based on the parameters you decide and at the frequency you want
 domestic plus international resumes i.e. premium database

 Basic Details - keywords, location (current and/or preferred), experience, salary
 Employment Details – functional area, industry type, employer (current or previous or both),
exclude employers, designation (current or previous)
 Educational Details – UG/ PG qualification, institute name, year of passing, post pg education
 Candidate Age
 Work Status
 Top institute search (both UG and PG level)
 Search job seekers active in last 3/7/30/90/365 days. Also active with last 1-3 months/3-
6/6-12/12months plus
 Category – SC/ST/OBC
 Women candidates
 candidates with special ability

Search forms
1. Advance Search - This is the most comprehensive search form that encompasses all the parameters
in Full Resume, Role and Basic Search into one single Interface. In addition to this, you can
search by employment details such as Company Name & Designation, search by Educational
Institution details such as UG and PG institutes & use additional filters for hiring needs such as
Women Candidates
2. EZ Search - Searches by 4 parameters i.e., keyword, location, experience & salary
3. Role Search - Searches by Roles/Designations within an Industry OR Functional Area
4. Customized search - Create your own search by selecting the desired fields
Quota

Quota will be defined for the following activities:


 Emails
 CV Access. CV Access will include the following activities - CV Views, CV Downloads (Excel –
folder and contacted MIS download), Click2View

Quota Utilization Guidelines

Emails: Denotes the number of emails that you can send through ResDex.

Note: Repeated emails to a CV will be counted again, i.e. If the same CV is contacted twice, 2
email credits will get utilized.

CV Access:
A CV access will be considered on any of the following actions:

 Viewing a CV
 Downloading a CV (in Excel)
 Clicking on ‘View Phone Number’ (Click2View*)

*wherever applicable

Note:
1. Repeated access (view/download/Click2View) of a CV, however, will not be counted
again within a period of 3 months from the date of first access of a particular CV.
2. CV Access will be counted per sub user, i.e. a CV accessed by two different sub-users
under the same account will be counted separately, as 2 CV accesses
3. CV Access will not be counted for already accessed CVs (view/download/C2V) for 3
months
4. This also includes different profiles under one resume, i.e. if different profiles under the
same user name is accessed, it will still be counted a 1 access (for 3 months)

Please note that the Usage MIS should be in sync with the CV Access policy. However if the following
actions taken on a CV:

1 Excel Download
1 Click to View

Quota will be deducted by 1, but the usage MIS will show 1 (utilized) against each of the columns; i.e.
CV View, Excel Download and Click2View. Usage MIS will have an additional column to show
inventory consumption
