Qualifications:
* Ten years experience as a construction electrician; 8 1/2 years as an in-house
electrician/electrical-technician in a biotech facility; 7 years experience as
a Facilities Manager and 15 months as a Project Manager, for a total of 26 years
experience.
* Project management experience in T.I. construction; laboratory builds; clean r
oom builds and personnel moves.
* Excellent background in HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, trouble
shooting, as well as managing the installation of chillers, boilers, pumps, etc.
* Experience working with Building Automation Systems, such as Johnson Controls

ing; energy management projects, installation of an energy efficient 400 Ton Chi
ller with tower & pumps, as well as various small projects assisting manufacturi

Responsible for maintaining and improving an 113,000-sq.ft. Biotech Facility, in
Silicon Valley. Project Management of various construction projects for the fac
ility, including laboratory build-outs, clean rooms and HVAC projects. Successfu
lly managed many projects with specific time and budget constraints. Developed e
nergy management projects that provided on going energy savings and $65,000 in P
G&E rebates. Responsible for Facilities Department budgets (capital and expense)
, as well as Facilities PM contracts. Responsible for the EH&S function.
