EPRI) and the American Public Power Association (APPA) to document and educate t
he marketable advantages of Renewable Energy Programs for the Electric Utility

Spearheaded and formulated a network of electric utility allies to become aware

Led a combined utility and wholesale customer initiative to interface with mark

Under my sales direction, led this small company (MWMES) out of a depressed sit
uation by training, coaching and redirecting a sales team to follow my lead.
Together (as a team) we then developed a strategic and unique six-step selling
process to maneuver around and survive a devastating economic downturn.
Led the initiative to research and develop a Wind Turbine Predictive Maintenanc
e Program for a wind turbine, generator and gear box repair facility.
Prepared and positioned this company to provide in field Wind Turbine bearing r
eplacement, repair, vibration and gearbox repair and testing services, additiona
lly positioned the company for long term contractual services in the Wind Genera
tion market.
Plan and led all activities related to Wind Turbine maintenance, corrective wor
k, warranty, parts management, up-tower inspections, condition monitoring on-sit
e and remote rotating equipment monitoring.
Utilized my energy and business background to build an industrial and municipal
energy services division to offer computer monitoring of critical path and comp
lex production machinery, SCADA system programming services, remote well monitor
ing, demand management, energy monitoring and energy management products and ser
