Please arrive at our office Antelope Canyon Tours, 20 to 30 minutes prior to tour
departure time. The office is located at 22 South Lake Powell Blvd Page, AZ. near the
cross streets of North Navajo Drive and Lake Powell Blvd (next to Pizza Hut). Our office is
situated in the Dam Plaza, we’re at the very corner and our office windows say “ANTELOPE
CANYON TOURS.”

If you’re on our 8am tour check in time is 7:30am, please don’t be late.

There is ample, free parking nearby, behind the Pizza Hut.

If you received your Second Option – your first option is most likely sold out. If you want to
check back periodically there might be some cancellations.

Just to double check your reservation and to confirm that you received this email, simply send
us a email stating you received this email, and if you wish: please include the hotel you will be
staying at the night before, just in case we have to get in contact with you.

Children that are four years and younger are required by law to have a car seat – Please bring
your child’s car seat to our office.

TIME DIFFERENCE:
Our Tours depart from Page, AZ – We are not located on the Navajo reservation, we operate
our tours on Arizona time. Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings.
For example: if it is 7pm in Utah, the time will be 6pm in Arizona.
Do not rely on your cell phone for the time, it will change times.

Remember the time difference is not year-round, call our office or email if you are not familiar
with the time zones in America.

PHOTO SUGGESTIONS FOR ALL:

When taking photos in Antelope Slot Canyon, do not use flash. Do not include the sky in the
photo as it will wash out the colors. Digital cameras are getting better and better so it is a bit
easier to take pictures now days. We do have more tips available in our office or on tour – this
is not a photo workshop-

We do not guarantee the quality of the photos you take. It all depends on your skill, type of
camera, camera settings, as well as the light conditions in the canyon that day. All tours are
subject to change.

There is absolutely no nude photography in the canyon or surrounding areas, it is against

Tribal Park laws and those who violate will suffer the consequences.

PHOTOGRAPHERS ON PHOTO TOUR – TOUR#2:

It is vital, crucial, and important to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. We need you
here early to pay for your tour, get your camera gear ready, use the restroom and possibly leave
10 minutes early to our standard tour – This gives you a head start and believe us every little
bit helps

We want to also let you know that if you’re running late there is a chance we will move your
tour to the Sightseer’s tour (if we have the space) or join a later tour in the day.

(For those on Photo Tour) - We would like to know of your group how many will be actual
photographers, those with tripods and SLR cameras and how many are assistants joining the
tour too.

-Reminder this is not a photo workshop.-

24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel, call 1-928-645-9102 one day prior to your tour date as we requires 24 hours notice
prior to date of tour. If you do not show up or give 24 hours notice of cancellation, the tour
operator will charge your credit card for the tour fare minus the tax and tribal fee and prior
paid processing fee.

If weather prohibits entry into the canyon, there is NO charge. Although you can receive a
credit to take the tour at a future date IF the tour is cancelled due to bad weather.
The tour operator determines when weather will prevent the tour from taking place.
The tour company staff does everything they can to make the tour a good one for you;
however, some elements are beyond their control.
