Breast Cancer Solutions – Volunteer Survey

Valued Breast Cancer Solutions (BCS) Volunteer:

We are a group of MBA students from Cal State Fullerton who are working with
Breast Cancer Solutions as part of a project in our Organizational Behavior course.
The following survey asks for your input on the functions and dynamics of BCS.

Participation is voluntary and your responses will not affect your relationship with
the organization. Please rest assured that your responses will be used for research
purposes only and will be strictly confidential. Your participation is appreciated and
the input will be used by the MBA group to identify solutions and improvements to
make BCS a better and stronger organization.
