Rieslingul sec Kendermanns, nava-amiral a gamei, este făcut din struguri ajunşi la deplină
maturitate în zonele însorite din sud-vestul Germaniei. Momentul culesului este stabilit
astfel încât să se obţină un echilibru perfect între gradul optim de coacere şi bogăţia
aromatică naturală. Rezultatul este un Riesling tipic pentru climatele mai răcoroase, cu
arome citrice şi uşoare note de piersică.

KENDERMANNS GRAUER BURGUNDER 750 ML

Nu doar Italia produce un Pinot Grigio fantastic, mărturie stă chiar acest vin produs în sud-
vestul însorit al Germaniei. Vinificatorii supraveghează atent fermentaţia la rece a acestui

KENDERMANNS RIESLING ROTER HANG 750ML

Roter Hang s-ar putea traduce ca “Râpa Roşie” şi este una dintre cele mai bune vii din
Rheinhessen, pe malul Rinului, în apropiere de Nierstein. Solul roşiatic, cantităţile scăzute de
precipitaţii, expoziţia solară deosebită, împreună cu lucrările atente în vie, dar şi procedurile
de vinificaţie (recolta fiecărei zile de cules este vinificată separat, cu drojdii diferite, vinul
este lăsat apoi pe drojdiile selecţionate, pentru a câştiga complexitate) permit obţinerea
unui caracter fructat, cu aromă de tangerine şi note de caisă şi piersică.

KENDERMANNS SHIEFER 750 ML

Situată pe malul râului Mosel, în apropiere de Leiwen, unde Carl Reh a fondat compania care
îi poartă şi astăzi numele, via Schiefer este caracterizată de un climat mai rece, unde
coacerea strugurilor este ajutată şi de pietrişul de la baza butucilor, care absoarbe căldura
din timpul zilei, pentru a o elibera pe parcursul nopţii. Acest sol special adaugă o
inconfundabilă notă minerală, atât de căutată de cunoscătorii din întreaga lume. Aroma de
mere proaspete, cu note citrice, vioiciunea şi complexitatea acestui vin i-au adus

PENFOLDS BIN 28 KALIMNA SHIRAZ 750 ML

Un vin obţinut din struguri Shiraz din mai multe podgorii din South Australia, inclusiv din
celebra zonă Kalimna. Acest Shiraz clasic, foarte intens, petrece cel puţin un an la maturat în
butoaie de stejar pentru a dobândi un echilibru aromatic şi tanini catifelaţi.

Dark plum red color. A nose of assertive chocolate and spice, shrouded in a freshly mixed
fruitcake mixture (Irish Christmas cake). From out of an aromatic mist, scents of olive
tapenade, creamy mustard seed and almond may be detected. New Oak? Not likely. Evenly
weighted across the palate - facilitated by mouth-coating tannins. A mix of cooked beetroot
and liqueur chocolate are intertwined with darkberried fruits. Maturation in older oak has
sensitively assimilated all flavor and structural elements, sans intrusion.
Penfolds Bin 28 is a showcase for warm-climate Australian Shiraz - ripe, robust and
generously flavoured. First made in 1959, Bin 28 is named after the famous Barossa Valley
Kalimna vineyard purchased by Penfolds in 1945 and from which the wine was originally
sourced. Today, Bin 28 is a multi-region, multivineyard blend, with the Barossa Valley
always well represented, providing a substantial proportion of the fruit for this vintage.

PENFOLDS BIN 128 COONAWARA SHIRAZ 750 ML

Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz 2010 has a crimson, deep-red core. On the nose, it is delicately
scented with fragrances of lavender, rosemary, and rose petal. Also, well-absorbed oak
(cedar), and a suggestion of regional artefact — spearmint and blackcurrant pastille. The
subtle background scents of fruit mince, sage, and brown butter cautiously seep in to fill any
aromatic void. On the palate, it this is a lively wine. Intense, generous and vibrant fruits - with
volume! Stewed quince, rhubarb and loquat laced with cocoa, cedary oak. Mouth-coating,
ripe tannins augment an even and sweet palate continuum... textured and complete.
Structurally, everything in place, in tune.

PENFOLDS BIN 138 SHIRAZ GRENACHE 750 ML

The Barossa Valley was planted extensively to Grenache, Mourvedre and Shiraz by early settlers. In the 1950s
Penfolds started experimenting with the blend, trials which culminated in the release of Bin 138s forebears. An
answer to the growing call for the highly perfumed and fleshy Rhone style of red, Bin 138 is sourced from old, low
yielding Barossa Valley sites, much of the fruit from independent growers. This is a very special Penfolds red wine
indeed, one of the few that remains in component form whilst maturing in small, well seasoned oak barrels.

lovely soft sheen of roundness. Half of the Cab component here goes into Bin 707. The palate has a
lovely rounded, soft, ripe, juicy fruit. Good length and persists through the finish. Lovely.

Lovely big depth of plummy, chocolate-laced fruit on the nose. There's a touch of curranty quality,
but plenty of cherry and plum. The palate has a softness and velvety texture, with ripe tannins and
more of the chocolaty backing.

Over 165 years ago, Henry Lindeman produced his first bottles of wine. To mark this
momentous occasion he named the range after the family homestead, “Cawarra”, located in
Gresford, New South Wales. The word "Cawarra" means "beside running water" in
Aboriginal, the perfect description of the home he built all those years ago. Today you can
still find a golden sketch of Henry Lindeman’s home on the Cawarra label - we thought we’d
keep it so no one would forget.
