Objectives for the review period of Jan’11 till Jun’11.

These would form the base objectives for all the SAP trainees, & there performances would be
gauged on all of the objectives mentioned below.

The rating would be done on the scale of 1 to 5 where - (1 is UNSATISFACTORY & 5 is


OUTSTANDING).

Unsatisfactory 1 Major improvements needed.


Satisfactory 2 Less than Satisfactory could be doing better, Need improvement.
Meets Expectations 3 Performing duties as directed with minimal Supervision.
Excellent 4 Performing all duties in a cost-effective manner with positive, measurable
results.
Outstanding 5 Performing at a level above & beyond the duties of the current position’s
requirements.

 Trainees are expected to finish the given task in the stipulated time.
 Active participation in the presentation & any training activity.
Deviations from which would be taken sternly.
1. Training :  Expected to score above 60% in the assessments, as these would form
the bench mark for your performance reviews & a major criterion for
certification eligibility.
 Please do not carry any external material to the company. Kindly refer
only the material that is provided to you by your leads.

 Establish & maintain effective working relationship with others.


 Shares information & resources with others.
2. Teamwork :  Follows instructions of leads & respond to requests from others in the
team in a helpful manner.
 Contributing work & effort to group performance to meet agreed upon
objectives & achieve team success.

 Consider the extent to which the employees sets own constructive


work practice & recommends & creates own procedures.
 Self-starter, develop & implement new methods, procedures, solutions,

 Every trainee should sign the attendance sheet provided by your leads
every day before the grace time mentioned by the HR.
 Respects time allowed for breaks & lunch.
9. Punctuality  Follows policies for requesting & reporting time off.
 Helps ensure work duties are covered when absent.
 Consider the extent to which the employee completes assignments on
time & carries out instructions.
 Employee’s presence can be relied upon for planning purposes.
 Attendance & punctuality meets lead’s requirements.
 Perform duties with minimal supervision but seek guidance where &
when appropriate to the job, consults the leads.

10. Ethics  Maintaining high level of character & a professional attitude.


 Able to conform & promote the company’s standards of conduct.
