teams transferring and set-up of new developed products to assure the
products can be manufactured in high volumes, reducing cost, ensuring

product enhancement. Correlation of system to ATE for valid
production test. Prevented product with intermittent parametric
behavior reached customer. Performed a series of experiments to

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION (NPI) ENGINEER: Served as the focal point
between R&D and Manufacturing. Led the Manufacturing Team to
successfully develop the manufacturing process for the new products.
Project leader for the manufacturing activities. Led the Pre-Release
Action Team (PRAT) meetings and successfully released the GPS Timing
Receiver into manufacturing in a timely manner. Provided product
project status highlights of the Team to upper management. Team
improved quality of Turn-ON test rates from 29% to 80% within two

algorithms for color and black & white devices. Developed Data
Sheets, technical and cosmetic defect specifications in support of
marketing for commercial CCD485, CCD443A, & CCD442A. Provided
customer support. Wrote and validated test procedures. Identified
technical problems related to the devices and final test systems.
