Over the last years I have been working as a B-1 General Building Contractor and
commercial building inspector. I have remodeled residential and commercial buil
dings and have preformed full building inspections on several other residential
and commercial projects. All of which has included the design, drafting of plans
and specifications, estimating, interpret engineering, acquiring permits, bids,
field coordination, ADA compliance issues, Plan review, sub contractors, rfi`s,

codes and guidelines. I have been inspecting for over 11 years and contracting
over 29.
My construction management career begin as a project estimator/ engineer of the
10 million dollar minimum security house project in Folsom, Ca. at the new Folso
m Prison. I have also worked on several multi-family unit apartments, birthing c
enter, parking structures, office buildings, concrete tilt up buildings, bridges
, solar systems and more from ground up.
