Supervised one RA, developed LC/GC/MS methods, purchased, and maintained equipme
nt. Conducted regular training sessions for all Codexis staff on separations and

ured microfluidic HPLC systems. Eksigent was acquired by AB Sciex on 2/16/2010.

Developed instrumentation, columns, consumables and applications for capillary a


nd microfluidic based HPLC and MS systems. Presented results at conferences and
published work in journals.
*Built the first protoype 2D HPLC system for proteomic analysis

valve for 20kpsi, a liquid-phase MUX type device and an active splitter for MS d
