Develops, manufactures, and markets high-purity powders, pastes,
and tapes for electronic applications.
Global Lean Leader
Reported to the Division Global Operations Director. Coordinated
the development, implementation, and improvement activities for
Lean initiative for the entire division including nine
manufacturing sites in North America, Asia, and Europe.
* Chaired the Lean Steering Team and Lean Leads Team.
* Led the development, training, and implementation of the Lean
management systems across nine global manufacturing sites.
* Developed and delivered all Lean training modules and coaching
to support cultural transformation of the division to Toyota
Production System (TPS) type Lean Manufacturing system.
* Implemented practices that enhanced organizational learning and
best practice sharing across the division including all
manufacturing sites.

Continuous Improvement (C.I) Organizational Champion / Quality
Systems Manager
Responsible for Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) program and quality and
environmental systems across all three strategic business units
and five manufacturing organizations.
* Chaired the Division Continuous Improvement Team and Quality
Council.
* Led the development and implementation of QS9000, TS16949,
ISO9000:2000 Quality Systems and ISO14001 Environmental
Management Systems.
* Coached manufacturing site managers, LSS champions and Lean/Six
Belts through project management resulting in annual savings of
$2.6 million hard reduced costs achieved in FY07.
* Coordinated product fulfillment strategy project, and shared
the processes; resulted in an annualized savings of $750,000 for
one plant requiring the coordination of 24 event teams.

environmental systems, and C.I. process, Lean / Six Sigma tools
such as 5S, Kaizen, Mistake Proofing, Cause and Effect, Flow and
skills needed to achieve organizational productivity goals.

plant and corporate level.
