Develops, manufactures, and markets high-purity powders, pastes,
and tapes for electronic applications.
Global Lean Leader
Reported to the Division Global Operations Director. Coordinated
the development, implementation, and improvement activities for
Lean initiative for the entire division including nine
manufacturing sites in North America, Asia, and Europe.
* Chaired the Lean Steering Team and Lean Leads Team.

Responsible for Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) program and quality and
environmental systems across all three strategic business units
and five manufacturing organizations.

* Led the development and implementation of QS9000, TS16949,

for all new products and first pass acceptance for new product
metrics were significantly improved.
