Transfer information
Bus transfers
For our CESE e-Commerce Leaders Forum delegates, transfers to and from the airport will be
arranged compliment of Amadeus, as per the schedule below: 

Wednesday, 24 November
Transfers from Nice International Airport to Hotel Palais Stéphanie will run every hour
from 12:00 noon (first departure) until 21:15 (last departure from Terminal 1).

When arriving into the main terminal hall at luggage belt, please look for the hostess bearing an
Amadeus sign.

Taxi
Taxis are available outside the airport arrival gates. The cost of a taxi from Nice International
Airport to Sophia Antipolis is approximately 70 Euros. These prices can vary depending on late
evenings or weekends.

Car rental
Car rental companies are located at Nice International Airport, Terminal 2. Should you arrive
at Terminal 1, please take the free shuttle bus from outside the Terminal. Please note that all
delegates are responsible for their own car rental booking and expenses.

To get to the Hotel by car, via the A8 (E80) highway, take Exit #42 for Cannes Centre and follow
the main road to Boulevard Carnot.

Directions to Amadeus premises by car

Coming west from Nice, on the A8 motorway, towards Cannes - Aix en Provence, please look for
Exit #44. When approaching towards the exit, you will see a series of signs for Antibes, Juan Les
Pins & Sophia Antipolis. Please keep to the right hand lane and prepare € 1.40 for the toll fee.
After you exit the toll-booth, please keep to the right as the road forms a Y, please follow the signs
to Sophia Antipolis – Les Trois Moulins. This is road D535. You will arrive at a roundabout.
At the roundabout, please take the 2nd exit following signs to D535 to Biot, Sophia Antipolis &
Les Templiers. At the next roundabout, please take the first right.
Please turn left at the next roundabout (Carrefour des Chappes) onto the D504 (Route des Colles),
signposted Les Bouillides.
At the next roundabout (Carrefour St Philippe) please continue straight on (still on Route des Colles).
At the next roundabout (Carrefour du Golf), please take the first exit on the right (Route des Dolines).
As you approach the next roundabout (Carrefour Eganaude) please take the first exit to the right
(Route du Pin Montard). Halfway up the hill you will see the Amadeus entrance on your left.
Please continue up to the roundabout, go all the way around, drive back down and enter Amadeus
on your right.
