Manage and check functions of all building systems, including elevators, fire/li
fe safety functions and mechanical systems, and others.

Ran the maintenance shop for the hotel; arranged schedule and managed staff with
16 maintenance workers that operated all equipment and facility repairs on a da

Assumed full responsibility for numerous renovation projects, such as the new se
rvice elevator addition and the renovation of a five star fitness center.
