(Procter & Gamble) Gillette - P&G Latin America Value Chain / Transition Team Leader for Latin Amer ica 2005 - 2006 * Executive and Sr Advisory role with L.A. responsibility to integrate the value chain operations from The Gillette Co. into the P&G Product Supply organization . Strategy depicted a full Demand Mgmt and Supply Chain organization, foreign tr ade, warehousing and distribution, customer service and accounts receivable plus links into the sourcing areas. Operations were successfully completed for 18 co untries (and 19 Mfg sites) with a total savings pool of $28 MM; +4.5M new skus a nd +500 new roles/employees.
