Project Implementation Units (PIUs), commercial and training tours, hotel & quarters, T.A, D.A and other
hired staff for various projects over India. The main task of the Department Module is to provide the whole
functionality of administration department. It includes capturing the details pertaining to the PIUs, tours,
monthly bill generation, bill collection, defaulter identification, agreement details etc

3. Financial Accounting System

The application contains to keeps record of the advances taken by the employees and the recoveries to be
made from the employees. It also looks into all the minor details relating to the employees, right from when
an employee joins the concern to the time of retirement. This software was able to meet all the requirements
for entry of data, query handling and report generation.
