EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Craftline Printing/Craftline Graphics, Fort Wayne, Indiana. $50M Full service C
ommercial/Book Printer. August, 2009 to present. Warehouse/Fulfillment Manager
, Book Division. Oversee inflow and out flow of product through the warehouse.
Direct the daily operations of the Shipping, Receiving, and Fulfillment Departm
ents. Oversee 25 employees covering all three shifts. Establish a new warehous
e/fulfillment department (added floor space) for our largest customer, with over
5,000 SKUas. Set up racking system, giving each bin a bar coded location. All
received product, whether produced by Craftline, or outsourced, entered into a
new MIS, warehoused, and shipped through this MIS. This MIS was an extension of
the customeras MIS, and does not integrate with Craftlineas Hagen MIS. Craftl
ine produced product for other customers, warehoused and shipped through Craftli
neas Hagen MIS. Thus, the Warehouse was managed under a dual MIS. Report to CO

Craftline Printing, Fort Wayne, Indiana. $25M Full service Commercial/Book Prin
ter. September, 1997 to July 2009. Plant/Production Manager, Commercial Divisi
on. Directly responsible for 60 employees covering three shifts. Oversee pre-p
ress and press room, perform Plant Scheduling, purchase all related materials an
d consumables; insure adequate supply of all inventory. Bindery, shipping, seco
nd and third shift supervisors report directly to me. Schedule all printed cove
rs and text film for the Book Division to meet demands of the publishers. Press
room consists of 2 40a Heidleberg 6C, one 4/2 perfector, one with AQ Coater, 26
a Komori with AQ coater, 40a Heidelberg 2C and Heidelberg Quickmaster. Full ser
vice bindery consisted of 2 Stahl folders, saddle stitcher, collater, die cut, f
oil stamp/emboss, 2 40a Sakurai silkscreen coaters. Mailing and fulfillment dep
artment consisted of two Kodak NexPressas and Xerox Docutech, and four mail line
s: two inkjet lines with tabbing and post-it-notes, one inserter for muti-piece
mailings, and one Rollem which incorporated a Stahl B20 folder with right angle
extension. This set-up allowed us to score, right angle perf, slit, and fold a
nd glue 2-up on one line. We also ran a shell program for variable data imprint
s as well as full color and black variable data printing. Work closely with out
side sales force to ensure timely completion of all commercial projects. Spent
one year on project to purchase a new printing press to print Book Division cove
rs with UV ink and UV coat inline. Traveled to Austria to first inspect press,
and then again to perform printability test before purchase. Report to General
Manager and COO.

oduction Supervisor. Responsible for all press and bindery personnel and equipm
ent maintenance.
Memorial Press Group, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Full service Commercial/Newspape
r Printer. Second shift head pressman on a Harris V15A, 7 perfecting units, 2 f
olders (half fold/quarter fold and a half fold/quarter fold/double parallel and
Bindery Supervisor. Ran the McCain Saddle stitcher: 6 pockets, cover feeder, 3
knife trimmer with 4th and 5th knife attachment for running digest sized books
2-up. Coordinated all production efforts to ensure on time delivery of time sen
sitive products.
RELATED MECHANICAL/TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
My mechanical abilities include, but are not limited to, remodeling homes, build
ing room additions, plumbing, electrical work and auto repair, R & D to implemen
t new process, and to trouble shoot and repair malfunctioning machinery. I stud
ied architectural drafting for four years and mechanical drafting for two and on
e half years.
MILITARY EXPERIENCE
United States Air Force Reserves. Responsible for operation, care and maintenan
ce of all USAF inventory aircraft armament systems, primarily focusing on the AC
130 Gunship and the A10 Warthog. I then trained to become a flight crew member
(boom operator) on the KC-135. Responsibilities included all in-flight air-refu
eling operations, cautions and warnings, of all current aircraft in the USAF inv
entory.
United States Navy. Attended Machinist Mate aAa School: Certified to operate a
nd maintain a steam generating plant (both 600 psi and 1200 psi systems), which
includes the repair and maintenance of all related equipment. I served as the P
etty Officer in charge of the forward engine room of a guided missile frigate, U
SS Farragut DLG6. This position coordinates the entire engineering operations o
f the ship.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Town of Mt. Etna, Huntington County, Indiana. Clerk/Treasurer. January, 1989 t
o May, 2002. Responsibilities included maintenance of all financial records and
funding the budget for the Town, as well as securing funding development for co
mmunity improvements. Major accomplishment was securing $965,000.00 in State/Fe
deral grants for implementation of a town-wide sanitary sewer system. While att
ending Huntington University, my Business Research Project was written on the hi
story of the Town of Mt Etna, and the construction of the Salamonie Reservoir, a
nd how this impacted the need for a town-wide sanitary sewer system. This perso
nal involvement was a major contributing factor which allowed the Town to be the
only recipient of the full $500,000 IDOC grant for 1996.
Roanoke Elementary School, Roanoke, Indiana. September, 1998 to May, 1999. Vol
