of experience. Experience has included A/P, A/R, GL, cost

Reviewed account reconciliations monthly for eight bank
accounts and five credit card accounts as well as reconciled
the two largest accounts separately. Compiled and prepared the
annual costing analysis, which is a daunting task for a
service organization. Liaison to Bigelow & Company, CPA's for
the annual audit receiving no management letter remarks for
the 2008 audit, which was completed in 2009. Supervised all
A/R and A/P functions including invoicing, collections and
making bank deposits for a company with over 30 million in
revenue. Managed the paper flow from the operations floor to
the accounting department following company guidelines.
Prepared all necessary journal entries in a timely fashion for
input by the CFO. Managed three separate trust accounts for
our larger clients totaling over $2,000,000. Participated in
the year-end closing process including reconciling the Balance
Sheet accounts. Ad hoc reporting as required by upper
management. Active participant in all company decisions
related to finance and accounting issues.

CHIEF OF IN & OUT PROCESSING, 1994 - 1995
Responsible for handling all payroll and entitlement problems
for approximately 12,000 military personnel either arriving
or departing Wiesbaden, Germany, a city in close proximity to
Frankfurt. Supervised three staff members assigned to me.
Handled all travel allowances due military and civilian
personnel either arriving or departing Wiesbaden, Germany
including travel reimbursements and travel pay advances.
Received an Army Commendation Medal for maintaining a 98%
accuracy rating, while taking on increased responsibility with
fewer personnel.

DETERMINATION & PROCESSING CLERK, 1992 - 1994
Overall responsibility for evaluating individual payroll
requests prior to inclusion into the payroll system.
Supervised two staff members assigned to me. Reworked all
rejected payroll entries made by other departments within
the Wiesbaden office. Oversaw all debt collections due
federal and state governments as well as some contract
agencies. Oversaw the closing and integrating of the
Determination and Processing Department to the new Battalion
Headquarters in Hanau, Germany
