WORK EXPERIENCE
PSM Manager, Pilgrim's Pride, Pittsburgh Tx; Responsible for ten facilities' PSM
/RMP programs, which included conducting compliance audits, completion of incide
nt investigations, PHAs, Project management, recertification, and training. Also
Process Hazard Analysis was done every five years for each plant to stay in com
pliance. Standard Operating Procedures for Refrigeration equipment was recertifi
ed for each plant. Responsible for all issues such as audits, that dealt with th
e Environmental Protection Agency and other State and government agencies depend
ing on the state.

MWD Engineer, Halliburton-Sperry Sun Directional Drilling, Bakersfield, CA; Prog
rammed and assembled directional tool for the directional driller allowing him o
r her to navigate underground/monitored tool while drilling to make sure everyth
ing was correct for the directional driller to receive good surveys.

Team Leader/Supervisor, Alliance Compressors, Natchitoches, LA; Supervised 30 to
35 people while trying to make goal/production. This task was accomplished by m
aking a certain number of scrolls for compressors.
June 2006- February 2007
PSM/PM Coordinator, Pilgrims Pride Natchitoches, LA; Served in this position for
8 months. Responsibilities included: Completing annual visual check list for re
frigeration equipment, recertifing standard operating procedures, and created PM
s using SAP for refrigeration equipment. Other positions held included: Manager
Trainee (3months): Learned Management positions for Live Operations and Processi
ng Operations. Supervisor (5months): Completed orders while Supervising anywhere
from 20 to 40 people depending on what department was being supervised.
