e), transferring production from Eaton Helsinki Finland plant to Contract Manufa
cturer in China ($22M revenue), and identifying and sourcing components used for
new business opportunity. Participated in EBE process for SCOE (KVCP owner, and
cat5 backup).
* Led cross-functional team moving product line from Guadalajara Mexico to Nanji
ng China. $2M savings, identified additional $800k, achieved global customer app
roval. On time, 20% under budget ($2.1M), and exceeded quality targets (67% impr
ovement). Launched incoming hub improving DOH and DPO while maintaining shipment
s to customers.
* Led cross-functional team outsourcing product line from Helsinki Finland to Na
