Built Ohio Valley Wireless to IPO offering. Met new market demands by strategica

e of the market. Once again, immediately acquired FCC licenses, built the system
and developed financing. Company was such a success allowed public offering of
company. IPO information identified breadth of company including 125,000 covered
homes available to new wireless cable signal. IPO offering was done with a comp

Developed and managed new Vectren operations department for Vectren Utility Comp
any with multiple projects worth $40M. Vectren opted to enter cable, telephone a
nd data market. Recruited to new position to build the new division. Established
all business functions including construction and operating processes. Hired an
d trained employees. Grew division to 112 employees. Managed large, complex proj
ects at multiple locations throughout the United States.
Established a medical laser practice at a very competitive price level for skin
care problems, such as acne, spider veins, hair removal, scars, wart removal, an
d skin tightening. The practice included a FDA approved dental teeth whitening
process at a lower patient cost than the other prevailing treatments.

lso provided teeth whitening for off-color teeth. This would accomplish 4 to 10
shades of whiter teeth at a very reasonable cost as comparable dental costs. 20
