the development and field supervision of FCO at the affected pipeline pump stat
ions, along with development and execution of energy isolation, startup, mainten
ance and operating procedures. Traveled to remote locations across Alaska requir
ed for engineering investigation related to other oil and gas projects. Ensured
communications were clear and effective between technical staff disciplines. Coo

Co-founded the company and supervised design and installation of turnkey project
s at the Lewis Creek power plant. Negotiated technical terms of the power plant
fuel gas custody transfer contract between ENTERGY and Duke Energy. Supervised d
esign installation, FCO, and commissioning for these companies. Project elements
included MAX Control Systems (DCS) additions and enhancements, 4160-volt switch
gear interface for operation information system connection to EMO central in the
Woodlands.
1998-1999
Senior Consulting Engineer, Chevron, (OPS, Inc.), Houston, Texas
Project Engineering for Chevron gas plant expansion. Added a third Solar Mars Tu
rbine compressor and expanded the Honeywell TDC-3000 DCS for the gas plant expan
sion. Upgraded the Allen Bradley redundant PLC for ESD program. Developed P&IDs,
instrument index, piping line list, instrument data sheets, PSV sizing, and oth
er items for the Chevron Escravos oil and gas production and processing faciliti
es in Nigeria.
