Maintenance Manager
* Initially responsible for the construction of our new facility, and the instal
lation of all electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and mechanical systems. On
ce construction of the new facility was completed, my responsibilities expanded
to include the daily management of a maintenance and installation team for a 500
,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
* Constant managerial responsibilities include supervision of facilities mainten
ance, including electrical and information technology systems, including wired,
wireless and fiber optic networks, and the alarm systems, along with the entiret
y of all the production equipment.
* Oversee and govern a team of more than one dozen fabricators, welders, machini
sts and electricians, including their instruction of all pertinent computer prog
ramming and programs, such as M.S. Office, AutoCAD, DesignCAD, and Microsoft Pro
ject.
* Responsible for managing a variety of projects, including the most recent proj
ect which demanded my team build, test, ship through customs, and over the phone
install all structural and mechanical components of a 50,000 square foot plant
which is now fully functional and serving as the headquarters of a manufacturing
-based joint venture between Janus International and another company that is als
o currently outside of the United States.

for the company owner, including restoration and maintenance of privately owned
vehicles, electrical repair of private residential property, as well as other u
nusual tasks, such as building a small hydroelectric facility designed for resid
ential use.

* Performed necessary daily tasks of a programmer of CNC machines, including the
creation and design of both individual projects and machine parts using AutoCAD
and DesignCAD, as well as the manufacturing of both project and machine part in
accordance to customer specifications.

s finished goods were produced in accordance to customer standards.
