Responsible for leasing and management oversight of a four-building class A offi
ce complex, Glenview Corporate Center in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Fourteen (14) l
eases signed between January 2009 and February 2010 including expansion and rene
wal of HealthCare Services Group headquarters office, expansion and renewal of T
D Bankas regional headquarters and renewal of Comcastas regional headquarters. N
egotiated entry into the Philadelphia market of Corinthian (dba Everest) College
, a national for-profit healthcare school, at 3050 Tillman Drive, a 42,500 squar
e foot single story office building within the Glenview complex. Facilitated and
brokered the acquisition by Maguire of a four-building, 300,000 square foot off
ice property at SouthPointe Office/Industrial Park in Canonsburg, PA.

Established a real estate brokerage and consulting company. Advised Green Tree P
arkway Associates, purchaser of seven of the Parkway Center office complex prope
rties located on the Parkway West corridor near the City of Pittsburgh on leasin
g, tenant relations and sales. Representative transactions included securing Aet
na as a single building tenant for the 40,000 square foot Nine Parkway Center, e
xpanding McKesson Pharmaceuticalas presence in Seven Parkway Center (the Parkway
Westas largest multi-tenant office building), and selling twenty (25) acres of
adjoining acreage for a planned 400 unit condo/ apartment complex.

Repositioned and leased Parkway Center, a 1,000,000 square foot office complex l
ocated on the Parkway West corridor near the City of Pittsburgh. Achieved a hig
h occupancy of 95% with a disparate group of ten (10) buildings constructed from
the late 1950s to the mid 1970s. Creative strategies included tightly budgeted
major renovations, combining two office buildings to create a 120,000 square foo
t Quest Diagnostics asuper laba and leasing residual land as a driving range bef
ore land was purchased for condo-apartment development. Completed the dispositio
n of Parkway Center through use of multiple strategies, including the sale of tw
o office buildings to owner-users (Central Blood Bank and Credit Bureau of Colum
bus), the one-off sale of Three Parkway Center to NYC investment group and the s
ale of two separate office packages totaling seven buildings to a local real est
ate owner / operator.

Responsible for the establishment of the office division for Americaas 12th larg
est retail commercial developer. Tasks included pro-forma analysis, site selecti
on and acquisition, product and market research, leasing and development. Major
projects included the development of the 125,000 square foot Patrick Henry Corpo
rate Center in Newport News, Virginia and the repositioning of a 300,000 square
foot department store in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee into a 200,000 square foo
t University of Tennessee Executive Education Center and 100,000 square feet of
retail space.
Other positions held included Director of Real Estate, The Lehman Company, Pitts
burgh, PA (May 1984- July 1986) and Leasing Manager, Kossman Development Company
