Minutes from April 2011 Meeting

The March meeting commenced at 7:33 PM, with 12 members and 4 guests present. The minutes were accepted by
Kathy, and seconded by Debbie.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer’s report was accept by Dianne and seconded by Tammy.

COMMUNICATIONS: None.

SPORTS: Waiting for the first gymkhana on Sunday, May 29 ! Need, need, need
volunteers for all positions for all the dates! (Dates are included in newsletter)

YOUTH: The Youth will be starting fundraisers soon and are looking for donations.

OLD BUSINESS: Candace Ridler attended our meeting on behalf of OAS (807)-473-9261
and they have declined our proposal to have our own kitchen this year.
OAS has requested that if we have something to discuss we must phone ahead of time and ask permission to be put on
the agenda. Next, we must attend the meeting and voice our concerns, opinions and/or questions, and at the following
meeting they will present their feedback.

Meat Orders are available!!! We are doing our fundraiser again this year selling our meat packages from Tim’s
Meats. Meat order forms were distributed at the meeting and are available from Frank Jurcik upon request. Orders are
due at the May meeting. Please do not call Tim’s Meats to place orders, they will not be accepted, please contact
Frank.

NEW BUSINESS: Need help at Odena BBQ fundraiser!!!!!!!!
