ocations employing 12,000.
Control budgets ranging to $36M, reporting to President. Coordinate 6 direct rep
orts managing a HR & Administrative staff of 20, and dotted line management of 1
5 property-level Human Resource Directors. Maintain P&L accountability for total
human resource, risk management, corporate travel, corporate aviation, and corp
orate office operations - including 3 pilots and their training, 1 aircraft, and
leased aircraft service.

* Planned and led major organizational development initiatives, including reloca
tion of corporate headquarters, development of corporate travel department, and
transition to paperless operations.
* Surveyed, selected, and negotiated lease terms for headquarters move from Bilo
xi, Mississippi to St. Louis, Missouri, following Hurricane Katrina. Directed th

* Realized $1.5M under budget completion of headquarters build while driving $20
0+K in future savings through establishment of in-house resource center.
* Generated first-year savings in excess of $100,000 through structure and insti
tution of corporate travel department for supplier rationale and tighter cost co
ntrol.
* Managed the majority of litigation processes coordinating internal legal repre
sentatives and outside counsel with authority on all settlement proposals exceed
ing $25,000.
* Steered corporate response and strategy development guiding future business di
saster recovery and retention following the effects of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita,
and Wilma.
