operations inside the property. As well as being the supervisor of a staff of 7
employees.
This charge demands an excellent development of interpersonal skills which are f
undamental in maintaining security and confidence among the residents.

This position required to oversee all maintenance operations at all times such a
s, work tickets, make ready's, grounds, appliances, and ordering of needed sup
plies. Most important, to maintain the outstanding functionality of the overall
operations, being on call 24/7 and supervise 2 employees of an 80 apartment co
mplex.

This position required to oversee the entire maintenance and good operations of
the 178 suites building, including grounds. In addition, this position required
supervising a staff of 8 and hands-on management/supervision preparations inside
and out of the property. Moreover, this position allowed me to work on capital
projects comprising the redistribution of budget in order to maximize the proper
ty's functionality at a moderate cost.
