ON MAY 25, 2011 AT ABOUT 3:30 AM, AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT APPROACHED THE COMPLAINANT
AT THE OFFENSE LOCATION, DEMANDED PROPERTY, SHOT THE COMPLAINANT, THEN REMOVED
THE COMPLAINANT'S WALLET. COMPLAINANT WAS TRANSPORTED TO BAYLOR HOSPITAL WHERE
HE DIED AS A RESULT OF HIS INJURIES. END OF ELEMENTS.
