SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Developed new Source Approvals for MASS Systems' supply of explosive fire exting
uisher detonator cartridges and fire extinguisher assemblies in U.S. government
spares contracts. A multitude of commodity source approvals had begun to be pos
itioned for the company for procurement contract awards through Tinker AFB, Okla
homa, Hill AFB, Utah, and Indian Head, Maryland.
Secured $125M in contracts for Meggitt by developing strategic relationships wit
h contractors and clients. Aircraft production supply through coordinates system
s integration engineering to meet specific customer requirements.
Identified and outfitted freighter candidate aircraft requiring system upgrades,
designed integrated protection systems and expanded products offered.
Developed strategic alliance with Goodrich Aerospace for complete system integra
tion, component production, and FAA certification. Secured development partnersh
ip with Boeing enabling new system concepts to be developed and supply for produ
ction aircraft.
Instituted new safety systems for aircraft, producing 85% market share and $100+
M annual revenue. Company needed to provide long-term safety solutions for upgra
des install at later time. Transferred focus from large to small aircraft and su
pplied safety sensor components as basic equipment with focus on ease of certifi
cation concepts. Marketing maintained to large aircraft fleet operators and manu
facturers for safety sensors in aircraft globally.
Grew global presence by building key relations internationally, increasing reven
ues $50M. Tasked with marketing and building technical partnerships in European
and Asian regions. Relocated to London to establish significant Marketing, Sales
and Product Support Engineering presence. Built relations with foreign airline
operators, manufacturers and military from Europe to Asia.
Secured accounts, insuring Meggitt continued to be sole-source global supplier o
f on-board safety-of-flight systems.
Secured key contracts with foreign military aerospace units, generating $130M in
project revenues. Company needed to combat aircraft survivability for U.S. mili
tary organizations. Developed technical system R&D and supply relationships in v
arious countries, US joint military forces, and aircraft manufacturers. Delivere
d 90% of foreign built military aircraft and UAV's with sensors and equipment, i
ncreasing profits.
CAREER HISTORY
MASS Systems. An $8M fire protection company specializing in airline spares in
the Repair and Overhaul business, some OEM production for fire extinguisher prod
uction, and high pressure container manufacturing for aircraft and missile appli
cations. The company also manufactures detonator cartridges for airline and mil
itary fire extinguisher applications.
>>Director, Sales and Business Development, 2008 to 2010. Led efforts for openi
ng new business channels through aircraft technical dialogue in the government a
viation spares market, while personally establishing the company's contracts dep
artment for improved provisioning performance and contract administration train
ing to repositioned company administrative novices.
Meggitt Safety Systems. (formerly Whittaker, and Systron Donner Safety Systems)
A $100M fire protection and safety systems manufacturer for aircraft, spacecraft
, boats, trains and various industrial environments. Consistently promoted to po
sitions of increasing responsib, ility.
>>Director of Aviation Business Development, 1998 to 2008. Led sales and enginee
ring teams to deliver customer supply orders. Directed initiatives in forming al
liances and strategic partnerships. Coordinated field engineering support depart
ment for immediate technical support. Managed budgets of $1M and team of four.

FAA engineering approval within company for matters concerning aviation-related
