Let this be clear that, all establishments such as Banks, NGOs, and Institutions, Hospitals,

: Forth and Fifth Digits will be in form of two ** stars. The Hidden behind this will be
two more digits presenting alphabets in its digital order YES =Y=25 but in reverse order
on N PIN (National Personal Identification Number) =52. Thus on N PIN, NO=N=14 =
41 always remains so long as any economic/ criminal crime is not registered by the court
and/or Financial Institution the code always remains N=14=41.
Reason being that, when from any court, Bank or Financial Institution…. The
Question: Any crime or economic offence is Registered?
However if, any adverse reporting is made at The Control Center HQ. Then the on ID the

: Next two digit (tenth and eleventh) identifies the first alphabet of the middle name =

however 41 on the said N PIN it is presented in reversed order.

: The Birth date is followed as DD/MM/YYYY on ID. 15th August 1939 is shown as
15081939.This is again reversed on N PIN as 93918051.Thus the ID has so far twenty
full digits giving all preliminary information of the person/entity and also a chance
verification of the salutation data/demography.

Further Six digits are identifying the Geographic Location of the person/entity in form of
postal pin code =zip (Zonal state, city, suburb area) 380006 stands for Elliesbridge area
of Ahmedabad City in the State of Guajarat.) Which saw as 600083 on N PIN.

This makes the total of all digits all together twenty-six. (ID and N-Pin each).
Most important: Card is with out any magnetic strips. For easy inspection, it does have
TWO WAY crossed Central Security Threads (if be needed to check if the Card -
Original - reissued - or fake and duplicate. The threads are visible in infrared violet rays.)

This is now followed by GIC the, TOP SECRET CENTRAL SERVER CONTROLED
by final administrative authority such as HOME MINISTRY - or - Ministry of External
(Foreign) Affairs etc. The GoIC (GIC) is (23 Digit) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA -
Code.

The first three digits will be designated as IND showing nation 'Bharat'-'India' (Other
nations may follow this or in an eventuality we may continue this as a Global Service to
Others.
The next three digits will be forming the State related info - say GUJ will stand for
Gujarat State followed by six digit zip/postal pin code 380006 and city name AHD and
added by the date of issue DDMMYYY say 28122004 i.e. issued on 28th December in
the year 2004.

The 3 digit Index to be assigned by UN Security Council and it will be unique numbers,
which will become the ID of the card issuing Nation (in form of invisible and or hidden
numerical and/ or combination of Alphanumerical and /or Alpha alone. IF DESIRED this
may be hidden in form of Electronic Source Code.

Balance Eleven digits will be assigned for generating the unique pin code which cater to
the population count 2say 00 000 000 001 person number one and 99 999 999 999 this
goes to ten abaj= 100 Billion count. (Here also if at International level say UN Security
council agrees then the option is open to allot specific numbers e.g. for India from 01 999
999 999 to 03 999 999 999 and for China from 04 999 999 999 to 06 999 999 999
respectively. All other nations will have the slots commencing from 07 999 999 999 on
words).

verification so that the economic, social and political crimes can easily be detected and
averted. Apart that, these will be a useful tool for peaceful promotion of the world trade-
cultural and community integration at optimum level of perfection.

Now the Chipset 'abc' will be the State/region level CONTROL AND coordination
Station to be established in every State as well as at all consulates/ all Indian Embassies
in short at all those places where' OUR NATIONAL INTERESTS ARE AT STAKE. All
such coordination-Stations shall be functioning under the direct control of the Central
Server Head Quarter. The chipset 'abc' will be assigned access code password and they
will be able to add and compile all the information that is relayed by/through the chipsets
'a' and 'a b' or both. The authorization will be restricted so that NONE of the information
can be deleted.

The exclusive right of the amendment / deletion of the data base information in parts
even is fully assigned with the top-level application managers at Central control server.
This will be possible only and ONLY when it is assured that such amendments and
deletions are properly preserved prior to any change .It is mandatory.
Chipset 'CDs' is the exclusive chipset of its kind.

Thus so far on this Suggested Smart Card, we have created following:

ID alongwith N PIN and Salutation: This is like a just an OPEN DOCUMENT which
could read and understood by just simple 'look at' and the same can also be checked
easily. (In most cases, without the help of any kind of electronic guide/instrument.) This
helps in establishing and verifying the CARD. These three lets us know the Name,
gender, birth date, area / location, religion, current record of the offences in form of an
alerts. HOWEVER UPDATION OF DIGIT 24TH AND 23rd on ' N PIN' WILL NEED
SPECIFIC KIND OF WAFFER TOOL WHICH AUTOMATICALY GETS AND
STAYS CONNECTED WITH THE EMBEDDED CHIPSET 'a' and 'ab' and 'abc' (:

When any (Educational, Financial, Administrative, Judiciary, Religious, Diplomatic
missions) needs to download the data the chipset 'BCD' will be activated and start in
'Self running mode'. First verify the ID, N pin and salutation, approve the same. Than ask
the agency to enter their authorization ID and password if they already have one, if not
then it:
Will collect all the data in predefined prescribed format, so as to generate new ID
alongwith password and assign this new password. Once this is done the process of
(information/data) down loading will commence in an auto - run mode.
The chipset 'BCD' will store the agency data with date time and place / LOCATION and
transmit the same at UPPER level along with the reference of the smart card (ID-NPIN,
Salutation, GoI code, and UN pin.
In specified time frame of say within any thirty calendar days such registered attempts
exceeds and or equals to more than (9) (NINE attempts ), then IT must create an
ALERT Signals. Now if such ALERT Signals are repeated and exceeds the specified
range of (3) ALERT SIGNALS, THAN THE SAID SMART CARD MUST BECOME
AN INVALID ONE FOR OPERATION, TILL IT IS RESTORED BACK BY THE
AUTHORITIES. THUS THE RED ALERT IS CREATED AND EXCERSIZED.
Other way round, through the 'data mining ' process Chief Administration at HQ/ Server
at the data center will, also detect unattended as well non-active cards when they are not
used any where for more than 180 days. Similar process of alert will follow soon.

Further, any or all the digits will again be electrify the complete comprehensive data such
as registration, multiple registrations, duplicate registrations etc behind )(23 Digit-
