Produced statistical reports with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Scien
ces) and Excel. At the end of every semester (four per academic year) analyzed
student surveys regarding their perceptions of their respective quality of educa
tion experiences and employed content analysis to determine if any themes for op
en-ended survey questions existed for further investigation. Assisted the provos
t in utilizing factor analysis to create variables for use in regression analyse
s. Acted as the primary investigator in an exploratory student attrition study.
The study assessed the reasons why students were "dropping" out for two or mor
e consecutive semesters at the online branch of Touro College.

Produced statistical and narrative reports for executive management to assess mo
nthly and annual workloads, criminal filing and completion trends. Interacted d
aily with my Research Manager primarily in person to procure status reports. En
gaged in basic project management, work flow and process management, data proces
sing, data analysis and reporting with SPSS. Implemented expedited data process
ing procedures using Visual Basic (VBA) in Excel. This effectively reduced mont
hly reporting time in half for prosecution units' reports. Involved in conducti
ng survey evaluations and report composition regarding: crime victims, other law
enforcement agencies and the general public to assess their respective percepti
ons and attitudes of the District Attorney's Office achievements towards crime p
revention, prosecution and overall abatement.
