Extraction of Bitumen from Silica and Clay" while working with the
Canadian Government on consulting and licensing rights.
2. QC MANUFACTURING AND NATURAL RESOURCE RECOVERY 2003-2008: These
entities were formed to bring to full commercialization of a patent I
submitted of an invention the converts waste to energy. I was a Board
of Director member and Vice President. I designed and engineered all
machinery involved in the "System and Method for Recycling Waste into
Energy", which I named the Carbonator. I was also responsible for all
facility drawings and coordinating of a workforce of 50 people.
3. OPTI-BLAST INC: Merged with Fabricon, 2001-2003. Opti-Blast is a
manufacturer plastic abrasives. Theobjective is to by scrap plastics
such as Acrylic, Urea and Melanin, and crush and sort the plastics
toparticle sizes that the Military utilizes to strip paint off
planes, circuit board refurbishing and the automotivepaint
industries utilize to strip surface corrosion or surface coatings in
a non aggressive manner. I built anddesigned several different
crushing devices to control the rate of random cracking in order to
minimize wastesand increase target size ratios. I increased
production from 30,000 lbs of salable sizes per month to150,000 lbs
per month with only a 25% rise in workforce. I implemented a sales and
marketing strategythat took the company from $50,000 per month in
sales to $150,000 per month in sales within a year. I also designed
and initiated a recycling program that was vital in being able to
market our product tothe military. The program had to safely handle
heavy metal contamination that is prevalent in the paint stripping of
military aircraft. I worked closely with Texas Commission of
Environmental Quality,Tyler TX office, to assure that the
ornamental concrete products that we manufactured compliedwith all
of the environmental regulations pertaining to heavy metal waste
management.
Maximum number of employees: 25

4. FABRICON CUSTOM FABRICATION AND ENGINEERING INC 1992-2004: My

company provided a full spectrum of engineering, design and
