Personal Statement
I am compassionate,loyal and markedly dedicated individual who has an
ambition to succeed in my field of practice. Although I have
extensive experience in the health care field, I enjoy the opportunity
to learn and challenge myself to achieve perfection whatever the
situation. I enjoy a work environment that is cohesive. I am seeking a
position where I can continue to develop and excel while
giving my best to patients and an employer.
Work Experience

Nursing Supervisor (Jan 2010 - Present)

Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing 103 bed skilled nursing
facility. Managing admissions and discharges.
Assuring that proper documentation is preformed for high risk patient
to ensure that necessary guidelines are achieved for
reimbursements/core measures
Coordinate staffing for units to assure safe and effective care of
patients.
Act as advocate for facility, effectively managing situations as they
arise to support efforts of facility to continue to achieve acceptable
HCAHPS ratings.
Responsible for calling in on call staff for emergencies OR or
endoscopy cases.
Assist on units as needed to support staff with volume/census load
increases, included but not limited to completion of admission
assessment, discharges, administration of meds, etc.
