Accountable for researching and writing training, installation, OA&M, and system
maintenance documents for the CDMA Wireless organization
using EPIC/XML and FrameMaker/SGML software and, designed an online
help system using RoboHELP. Responsible for schematics, pictures and graphica
l depictions of both the hardware and the GUI. Processed change requests that we
re issued by the development team. Files were then returned to the content manag
ement system for use with the main software application. Organized and conducted
reviews with the appropriate subject matter experts and traveled to the install
ation test sites. Followed ISO 9000
project development standards.
* Met all deadlines for FOA installation and hardware testing. Wrote
installation and site prep documents for RRH Remote Radio Head and
the d2U Distributed Base Station for Japanese customers.
* Designed prototype for the Remote Maintenance Tool (RMT) using
RoboHELP HTML development software. Subsequently, developed the
new system used by the RMT software development team in
conjunction with the interactive RMT test application. This
product was globally distributed.
* Ensured the implementation and software integration went as
smoothly as possible. Provided support and assistance for the RMT
test application and, wrote test plans for the developers.
* The RMT project was sent to China. Continued to support the
project from the U.S. Attended weekly meetings and interfaced with
the international development and product management teams.

Converted and updated documents for a telecommunications equipment
parts and inventory repository. The documents were originally written
using Interleaf, and converted to FrameMaker 4.0 for Xwindows. Tested
application software to verify functionality. Interfaced with the
development team regularly to insure up to date information. Reviewed
the functionality of various service order provisioning systems for
the telecommunications industry and developed Interactive Computer
Based Training prototypes.

Developed requirements for an on-line ad hoc reporting system. Duties
included systems analysis, data analysis, data modeling and user
interface. Used case tools to design system flows. Wrote a manual for
the Marketing Database System utilizing System Development

of system processing time. Designed PowerPoint presentations for
managers and developers, which were used for requirement reviews.
