Launched successful entrepreneurial venture offering specialized multi-faceted l
oan and real estate services designed to increase cash flow and mitigate financi
al institutions losses while facilitating the flow of foreclosures into the appr
opriate buying channels. Created and implemented a unique pre-foreclosure servi
cing model to help stem the tide of defaults while streamlining the foreclosure
process to reduce costs and improve liquidation turn-time in those cases where r
epossession was unavoidable. This dynamic value proposition of loan servicing a
gents collaborating before, during and after foreclosure with attorneys, contrac
tors and real estate professionals assisted bank clients in demonstrating notewo
rthy improvements to regulators between audits.

Envisioned and authored the business plan (including proformas) to acquire small
mortgage lenders throughout the U.S. and create a consolidated operation whose
competitive advantages were a lower cost of capital through securitization and s
treamlined efficiencies gained by deploying cutting-edge proprietary software de
signed specifically for the niche in which we were competing. Canvassed private
equity and venture capital firms to create interest in the plan, brought two of
fers of funding to the CEO and Board of Directors, negotiated the terms of the s
tock sale directing a team of attorneys and closed on an $11 million funding com
mitment from a private equity firm. Built a nationwide pipeline of acquisition
targets, proposed and negotiated purchase terms and orchestrated closings. Secu
red a $35 million line of credit to commence operations.

SVP of Operations: Directed the start-up of global operations to effectively mig
rate processes from various countries to Malaysia. Recruited, hired and trained
local senior and middle managers to build a large scale offshore call center (t
elemarketing, customer service and collections) and back-office operation. Serv
ed as a strategic business partner and relationship manager with the home countr
ies Senior Executives. Led, motivated and coached teams to achieve the same lev
el of performance as the home countrys operations within a defined time period.
SVP of Support Services: Administered the day-to-day operations of a 160,000 sq
uare foot facility housing 2000+ employees and the associated multi-million doll
ar budget. Reviewed and updated existing security and business recovery plans.
Managed multiple vendors to ensure smooth site-wide daily operations. Negotiat
ed several new contracts and renegotiated several existing contracts with local
business owners, executives and government officials to ensure that HSBC was pro
perly covered from a liability perspective and was receiving sufficient value fo

Director of Collections: Was recruited to open a new call center in Jacksonville
, FL for HSBC. Built-out the facility with the appropriate computer systems and
telephony (including a Lucent switch and Davox dialer) and staffed the operatio
n with 170 agents within 90 days of commencement. Through inbound and outbound
campaigns, handled over 10,000 calls daily servicing over 100,000 consumer loan
customers. Managed all ranges of delinquency and created comprehensive reportin
g systems to communicate monthly, quarterly and annual results to the COO and CE
O. Migrated the entire operation to Hyderabad, India.

Transformed the sales culture within the Dealer Services division from an order
taking concentration to one of assertive selling and aggressive revenue growth.
Accomplished this by introducing a profitability-based incentive plan to drive
a pay-for-performance mindset, implementing a customer relationship management (
CRM) software linked to the production system to hold everyone accountable to da
ily calling and production goals and providing extensive training to the sales f

Efforts were bolstered by developing an ROI-based marketing plan aimed at captur
