With a staff of one HR Specialist and one TERO Compliance Officer, responsible f
or all Human Resources and TERO functions for both the gaming and tribal governm
ent consisting of over 230 employees. Time split between two HR offices, along w
ith conducting all the training.
* Restructured the Human Resources Department and specific benefits administrat
ion features resulting in nearly $50,000 savings with first year of employment
* Through the rewriting, merging, and implementation of policies and procedures
for the gaming and the tribal government, created a team/one-organization envir
onment for employees of all levels..
* Reviewed (and created/revised were necessary) job descriptions for all SRR/L7
C positions to assure all positions were covered by official job descriptions.

nt of premiums toward dependent coverage-which was not provided at all.
