Responsibilities included -
 Appointment and development of financially strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration
and improved market share. Maximizing sales opportunities by discussing and eliminating the sale-inhibiting
factors.
 Design and execution of marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
 Review of all marketing staff, activities and their results.
 Forecast of sales by analyzing historical data, market trend and competitor information.
Key achievements -
 Organized Cultural Events for Brand Awareness.
 Increased the market share from 24% to 41% (from April’07 to Jan’10) by implementing Micro-level Marketing.
 Appointed and developed 5 new channel partners; convinced them to improve inventory for better
product visibility and to reduce their outstanding balance at the same time.
 Successfully launched “On-spot Finance & Delivery” Campaign at rural places to increment sales where Point-of-
Sales were not feasible due to remoteness of place and capital-intensive business.

Conducted a Customer Survey at 5 Louis Philippe Exclusive stores to understand need & design of a Customer Loyalty
Program. It exposed me to insights on designing of a questionnaire and customer expectations.

 Joint Coordinator for TECHNO-MELANGE 2004 (State level Technical Paper Presentation) and a 7-day cultural
