Responsible for managing largest operation with 4 plants, over 2,500 people, and
$400 million in manufacturing cost. Site consisted of a chemical plant, needle
manufacturing, high speed sterile suture production, sterile laparoscopic assem
bly, sterilization, and high speed packaging. Quickly brought financial stabili
ty and vision to improve performance resulting in numerous improvement projects
initiated across multiple manufacturing plants.

- Restructured organization into technology platform teams. This focus resulted
in improved reliability of hematology instruments by 30% and chemistry instrume

rategy for Kodak's Business Units.
