Qualifications
Experience Experienced in the HVAC / Mechanical Systems in capacities from servi
ce technician to owner of a Test and Balance/ Commissioning company. Specialist
in Data Center mechanical and electrical systems, Project Commissioning, Start-
Up and Test & Balance of air and water systems. Construction Manager for the con
struction of 11 MCI/Worldcom Data Centers in eleven different states. Formed an
d directed the Mechanical / BMS Controls commissioning team that traveled to all
11 sites and worked with the independent commissioning agency to commission the
projects. All eleven sites were built, commissioned and operational in 14 mont
hs. As of 2010 I have been involved in the construction of twenty data centers.
I also have experience in the construction of clean rooms for medical and techni
cal facilities, state prisons, higher education facilities, high rise office bui
ldings, research and development facilities, hospitals, various industrial proce
ss facilities, and petro chemical facilities.
March 2008 to July 2010 Holder Construction (General Contractor)
MEP Coordinator: Directly involved with the everyday operations of the electrica
l, mechanical, and BMS controls contractors for each project as well as coordina
ting with the commissioning agent and equipment vendors. Coordinated the Buildin
g Informational Modeling (BIM) for each project. Coordinated and worked with the
design engineers and Owner to tailor the BMS controls to the specific needs and
requirements of the end user.
June 2006 to February 2008 New Generation Mechanical
1. Project Manager: $2 Million dollar mechanical upgrade at State Farm North Tex
as Operations Center - Dallas, Texas
2. Data Center Technical Consultant:
Worked as a mechanical consultant for HSBC Bank on a $90 million dollar, Tier II
I new construction data center located in the Chicago area with a one million ga
llon thermal storage tank as well as an upgrade at their existing Buffalo, NY da
ta center. Both data centers had a design of 150 watts per sq, ft on the raised
floor with variable volume CRAH units. On the two above referenced projects I wo
rked through the design phase with the engineering firms to the end of the proje
cts with the systems testing and close-out.

Lockheed Martin Joint Strike Fighter Project phase one: Commissioned all mechan
ical and electrical equipment to Lockheed Martin standards. Commissioning durati
on of 10 months. Project consisted of a new Chiller Plant, Component Finish Fac
ility and Radar Cross Section buildings.
* Test and Balance: NEBB Certified: S&C Technical Services was a NEBB ce
rtified company providing air balance service to commercial and industrial contr

* Project Surveys: Provided technical assistance to local engineering companies
to acquire system and equipment performance data.
